By accessing and using VendorConnect, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You must be at least 18 years old to use VendorConnect
• You must not impersonate any person or entity
• You are responsible for all content posted under your account

3. Subscription Plans

VendorConnect offers different subscription tiers with varying features:

• Basic Plan: Free access with limited features
• Business Plan: R299/month with full business features
• Premium Plan: R599/month with advanced features

Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

4. Content Guidelines

Users must not post content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Promotes illegal activities or violence
• Contains adult or explicit content
• Is spam or misleading advertising

5. Business Vendor Terms

Business vendors on VendorConnect agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and documentation
• Comply with all applicable business regulations and licenses
• Honor all transactions and commitments made through the platform
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain professional conduct in all interactions

6. Marketplace Transactions

VendorConnect facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not responsible for:

• Product quality, delivery, or fulfillment
• Payment disputes between parties
• Accuracy of product descriptions
• Vendor reliability or trustworthiness

Users are encouraged to exercise due diligence when engaging in transactions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on VendorConnect, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of VendorConnect or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

VendorConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
